@GPUG What’s Changed – Payroll Year End Customers on Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 : – Will not receive the Year End update or any tax updates – Need to upgrade to get code updates, tax updates, and bug fixes – 941 and W2’s may be incorrect if you have employees making over 200,000

@GPUG What’s Changed – Payroll Year End 2014 Round 1 Tax Update Scheduled to be released week of 12/16 States – California, Connecticut, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Yonkers FICA Social Security tax limit 117,000 Federal, personal exemption

@GPUG Important Reminder– Payroll Year End If you are on Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 SP 2 and or above AND you use Business Portal Human Resource Self Service Suite you will need to install the BP Hotfix. There were table changes made in GP 2013 Service Pack 2 around Payroll Direct Deposit affected Business Portal Human Resource Self Service functionality.

T4, T4A and RL-1 form changes T4, T4A and RL-1 XML changes Tax changes, see site ROE Requirement Changes - Blocks 10, 11 & 12 have had their date format changed - Block 15C now needs to be blank - Zero Pay Periods now have to be blank -XML format

Luxury Auto Maximum Depreciation Deduction Amounts – The maximum depreciation deduction amounts allowed for luxury vehicles has been updated for assets placed in service in calendar year 2013 to comply with IRS Guidelines: http://www.irs.gov/irb/2013-12_IRB/ar07.html Historical Reporting Capability in GP 2013
