Be clear and specific about the risks Inform and influence what happens next Identify what we need to learn or understand Confirm if we can share expertise Address our own support needs Shaping the next phase of Customer theme in our Capacity Building programme So what do we now need to be bold?

And how have we responded? Workforce stream identified need for collaborative effort We identified the responsibility to put forward strategic options to our boards And to develop governance models accordingly Made proposals to address sector wide development And to enable the ice breakers to break new ice Two sessions today and tomorrow So what are the strategic choices?
