4. Mexico has many administrative registers on economic units, and now we are working to standarize their content, in order to be able to take advantage of them. These are not complete at all, because many enterprises do not make their corresponding registers or report the changes that occur to them. The new law of the National System of Statistical and Geographical Information establishes the creation of the National Directory of Economic Units as a mandate. 12.  The establishment is the observation unit. In the case of an enterprise with several establishments, DENUE presents all of the establishments that are part of it. The enterprise is the observation unit only in the cases of transportation, construction and financial services, hence DENUE presents the headquarters only.  Comprises all of the economic sectors except for agricultural and forestry activities, which are not incorporated for the time being.  Incorporates all of the country’s establishments, except for the small manufacturing, trade and services establishments found in rural locations.
