POWER 2. Expert Power Gained by having superior knowledge about work Employees feel comfortable turning to an expert when they are unsure 3. Identity Power People identify with others and want to be accepted Will do whatever they can to gain positive recognition – very influential

POWER 4. Reward Power Manager controls rewards and punishments Work schedules, raises, bonuses, penalties
