55. ENHANCED INSTANT AVAILABILITY The Electronic Master Questionnaire is a keystroke away – for those who need the information – both entering and reviewing. State Regents and state chairmen have instant access to the results.

56. GO GREEN AND REST ASSURED YOUR DATA IS SAFE Your reports may be edited right up until the deadline. Using the electronic version eliminates printing and postage costs (don’t forget to note this on your Conservation report). No more concern about system crashes or loss of information, as the data is stored on the National Server and backed up nightly. If a regent or chairman resigns, the information is still accessible to the chapter.
