2 2 The Love My Credit Union Rewards Home program bundle offers credit union members great discounts from Sprint, DIRECTV, ADT, and Allied Moving Services. In addition to the great discounts for your members, your credit union is also eligible to receive marketing reimbursements from the ADT program. The program can help your credit union improve membership value and your bottom line by linking the exclusive discounts to your core products and services. Overview

6 Marketing Requirements Quarterly member communication – Complete at least one member communications each quarter for four quarters, annually. If your credit union is also enrolled in the TurboTax program, it must be marketed in Q1 only in addition to the marketing requirements for the Home bundle program. Please see the TurboTax marketing requirements Member Quarterly Communication Tactics  Quarterly paper statement inserts or e-statement onsert, must reach at least 95% of members. (Text only statement messaging is not acceptable to meet requirement).  Direct mail promotion to at least 75% of members.  Quarterly newsletter article and/or ad, must reach at least 95% of members.  Email marketing message – can be used to fulfill one quarterly requirement if credit union will email to at least 50% of members. If credit union will email to 75% or more members, this tactic can be used multiple times.  Program banner and URL link on home banking/online banking pages for at least one quarter. Can only be used to fulfill one quarterly marketing requirement. This option is in addition to the web banner requirement.  Sprint ONLY Additional Option  Invite Sprint (through CUSG) to participate in the credit union's member day event at the credit union - providing Sprint space to set up information. (Must have a member base of at least 5,000 members). 6

7 Marketing Requirements Website Promotion – Multi-partner banner placed on credit union website, preferably home page, within 30 days of enrollment and continuously thereafter. Lobby Promotion – Place program lobby materials (paper or digital) in all credit union lobbies within 30 days of enrollment and continuously thereafter. Employee and SEG Communication – Include program information in human resources new hire and employee group packets within 60 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter. 7

9 Marketing Reimbursements Sprint – 2014/2015 Contract Year = October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015 – First year participating credit unions will be paid a percentage of their marketing reimbursement pool portion, as outlined below, based on the initial quarter that the credit union completes the initial quarterly member communication item of the credit union's choice: Quarterly Mailing Month = % of marketing reimbursement – October 2014 = 100% – November/December 2014/January 2015 = 80% – February/March/April 2015 = 60% – May/June/July 2015 = 40% – August/September/October 2015 = 20% – After October 2015, eligible for 100% for the 2016 year ADT – Credit union is eligible to receive $50.00 per member purchase of each new ADT home security services 9
