4. 4 Liberia: 2014 Commitments MLME and MPW will develope clear recommendations to improve WASH sector coordination and Governance by 2015 The MoF will work along with the MOH&SW,MOE,LWSC, City Corporations and municipalities to include budget lines for sanitation, hygiene and water quality, for school WASH, urban sewerage, urban sanitation in the 2015 National Budget  The MLM&E will work along with WASH sector Ministries and DPs to complete a feasibility by 2015 to establish a WASH pool fund and also secure and disburse funds in the PSIP for sanitation by 2016 The MoH&SW and the MCC will carry out a comparative study of sanitation approaches for the poor in urban areas in order to develop evidence of what works by 2015 The MoH&SW will work along with WASH agencies to develop a capacity- building plan for decentralized staff in priority districts in selected counties by 2015 Equality Finance Visibility Evidence Based Policy/ plans Capacity The MoPW will work along with the MoH&SW to monitor and make quarterly reports on the functionality of WASH facilities by 2015 National Processes
