DRACL: Application of SoTR Serial Number – SSN becomes fixed asset for any audit. Role Analysis conducted DRACL: Outputs (Scoping Exercise, Role PS, TraD and final report) issued to Customer and TDA. Confirmation/review of details in SoTR Customer/DRACL: all appropriate data for inclusion in SoTR Is Role Analysis required? No Yes New version of SoTR issued to all Stakeholders DRACL: Latest version of SoTR issued to all Customer Agents, TDA and Training Provider. A Vibrant, World-Leading Academy DSAT Assurance through External Validation (ExVal) It is the responsibility of the TRA (DRACL) to conduct ExVal to determine: Impact on performance following a training activity for Customers such Defence Engagement, Defence Attachés and the Intelligence Community. Validity of the training in preparing individuals for their role as culture specialists and linguists.

Design The Design stage follows the Analysis stage and is itself split into 2 different stages, taken from the Role PS. A Vibrant, World-Leading Academy Joint Force Development & Defence Academy ExVal Strategy External Evaluation (ExVal) is a significant activity in support of the DSAT model DRACL’s ExVal strategy will be developed in accordance with priorities determined by the Joint Understand and Influence Board (JUIB) It will address approximately 70 courses which must have ExVal conducted every three years Quantitative and qualitative data is obtained and analysed Describes how results of analysis will be reported and how recommendations will be fed back into the Role Performance Statement (RPS).
