Friends amongst all levels of business. Decisions are a team effort. Be laid back. Japan Focus on achieving, deep long-term relationship. Be polite, try not to show irritation. Never be pushy for deadlines. Preform as many favors as possible, in this culture favors must be repaid. Go over points several times and ask questions to ensure comprehension.
