Secure Guest Printing for Auditors/Visitors to the Central Office Auditors or guests visit the manufacturer and want to print securely Because they are guests they do not have access to the manufacturer’s corporate network so they are unable to print With PrinterOn and a PrinterOn-enabled printer they can print: 1.Select the desired printer from the online directory or by scanning its QR code attached directly to the printer. This can be any printer configured for guest printing, not necessarily a dedicated one 2.Submit the print job through email, or PrinterOn mobile app or web upload 3.When the print job is ready, walk up to the printer and release the print job by typing in the release code on the printer panel. 4.The print job securely prints without needing access to the secure network This can be done on a laptop, tablet or smartphone The visitor picks up the print from the printer The visitor is in control from end-to-end IT preserves its network security and can account for every guest print job submitted
