2
Home test will take you approximately 45 minutes to solve. Difference is that you can freely use materials ( books, the internet) and you can do the test over a longer period of time.
3
Aim: independent work, skills practice, time management Test includes grammar and vocabulary as well as communication skills tasks. Deadline: hand it in on 05.05.2014. Later submission will get lower marks.

Project/presentation involves researching your topic, preparing your presentation and presenting in class. Aim: independent work, fun aspect, researching something that interests you rather than completing a test.
5
Procedure 1)Choose a topic and inform your teacher about it. 2) Research your topic ( books, internet, friends) and plan your work ( mindmaps, lists). Take a note of sources! Wikipedia can be used, but not copied. If you do not use your own wording, you’ll get a „2“. 3) Prepare your presentation ( PPT, poster, a short film)
6
4) Your presentation should contain visual aids ( pictures or clips etc.) and text. 5) Use correct and polite language. You have time to prepare your work in advance – so use grammar check on your text and practice your performance several times at home! 6)Organise your work, so it looks PRESENTABLE!

7) Final step: presenting in front of the class. PPT (6-7 slides at least, including your list of sources), poster or a short film ( or any other creative performance) and your explanations/speech. Minimum of 2 minutes, prepare your talk at home!
