Armenian Genocide Issue: –A group called “The Young Turks” took over the Ottoman Empire and began to eliminate any non-Turkish people.

Armenian Genocide –Armenians were falsely accused of joining the Ottoman’s enemy (Russia) in World War One.

Turkish soldiers stand proudly with the heads of Armenian leaders.

Armenian Genocide Outcome: –2 million Armenians killed. –Thousands more = refugees.
