3 PC Infrastructure 1% or 2.2 million have accessed to personal computer from the total 220 million population.

4 Telecomm Basic Service 2.8% or 6.08 million fixed telephone line from the total 220 million population. 3 lines for every 100 person in Indonesia. 2.2 million cellular phone users. Telkomsel has 1.1 million subscribers and 600 whom are simpati card users.

5 Telecomm Non-Basic 76 radio paging companies. 8 public VSAT operators. 4-5 GMPCS license issued. 1 cable tv operator licensed.

6 Internet Indonesia 60 ISP licenses over 100 citis & 26 provinces. 12% or 260.000 subscribers and 1 million users from the 2.2 million PC users in 1999. Projected 390.000 subscribers in 2000. Projected 500.000 subscribers in 2001.
