Work Order Administration Administrators can check on work order requests and see, estimated completion, status and notes through the Dispatch module. Once work orders are entered into the system they are immediately available to the Operator to verify and dispatch and can be quickly filtered by: Inventory Cycle counts Route Assignments Reactive Maintenance Work Order Unassigned / Assigned Work Order New Work Order Inventory Issues Routes Work orders are organized by: Status Work Type Location / Equipment Priority / Due Date Work Order Number / Job Plan 4 of 10

New Work Order Mobile Suite provides the technician with all the necessary information to open and / or close the work order in the field. Reactive Maintenance- allows the technician to open and close a work order in the field without administrator approval. (done on the fly) Corrective Maintenance (Emergency Maintenance?)– Allows the technician to open a work order but not complete it until it has been approved and redispatched by the administrator.(work request) Fields available for New Work Order data capture: Location Equipment Work Type Description Class code Probability Code Notes All data on the new work order is available for a supervisor to review and either complete or reassign. 7 of 10

Additional Functionality Equipment and Locations All Equipment for a location is easily accessible through the location higherarchy Job Plans - Steps Steps can be assigned to a work order and and sent to the handheld device for completion.
