High Level Overview of Askme Pay SFA Tele Call Corporate Self Service Portal Askme Pay System Three Steps Registration Link Welcome Call Training Call Health Check Call Registration Completed (Goes for CLM Flow) Merchant Registration at Link Reattempt to win back merchants Successfully registered Merchants goes back to CLM Flow Registration Incomplete (Goes to Tele Calling Flow)

Askme Pay - Operational Flow 2. SFA APP SFA App: Over SFA App, a New Option is added as Askme Pay while creating the Appointment. User May select this Individually or along with other two options. It also has the duplicity check w.r.t. the Mobile No. User may enter the details and save to create the Askme Pay Lead.

Three Step Registration for Merchants For Leads Created Via SFA App: The Leads which are Created via SFA App do not have all the Mandatory Fields required to Register the Merchant hence a merchant while receives the Link to register through Message, he has to enter all the other mandatory details to register himself as Merchant

Askme Pay - Operational Flow 14. CLM Flow for Askme Pay Process Post Merchant Completes Three Step Registration : Those merchant who completes their 3 Three Steps Registration from the received link will be Flagged as Completed And will be sent to Sugar CRM (Pro) to complete their CLM Flow (On Day-1 basis): Low Level detailing of the Flow : At the first step, Welcome Call will be made by the India Bulls Outbound Team which will validate the details and flag it as Approved In case of any changes required, Welcome Call Team will get the changes done which would get synched with Askme Pay system They will also be able to send the Login Credential on demand to the Merchants At the second step, a Training call will be made to the Merchants As a last step, we will be calling the merchant for health checkup post 15 Days of Welcome call closure

Askme Pay - Operational Flow 15. If Merchant Does not Complete Three Step Registration post Message Receipt: If the customer is not completing the three steps registration process, those customer gets marked as Incomplete at the Askme Pay CRM and flows to Sugar CRM (CE) for Tele Calling to be made (On Day-1 Basis). Following will be the process followed by the Tele Calling Team These customers will be called to complete their three steps registration process They will also have the following access: Resend the Three Steps Registration Link Update Profile of the Merchants They will be attempting 4 times any incomplete customer within a time span of 12 Days Once these customer will complete their 3 Steps Registration Process, they will be followed with the process mentioned in the previous slide for Completed customers
