The online traffic signal reporting form was created to give the public and department staff the ability to quickly report and track repairs of malfunctioning traffic signals. Department staff can manage traffic signal break-fix efforts Track materials & inventory (Controllers, LED, Conflict Monitors, Amplifiers, etc) Follow repair history Evaluate technician performance & hours Track aging signals Support for maintenance budget
