AARD Achievements Microwave – Practical design of an RF undulator is now in advanced stage; the first experimental device cold test came very close to theory – The high gradient experimental program is now testing the T18 structure with a recirculation ring and will extend the test to 1.5 micro-seconds to examine the possibility of an X-band structure for MARIE Plasma Acceleration – Defended FACET PWFA Proposal at SAREC Review and received highest ranking ‘Excellent’ – Working with many SLAC departments to be ready for user assisted commissioning of FACET this summer.
