Where to find the report Intranet Choose a Department Rental Fleet Click on “Test Dates for Tanks” Click on the “Open” button to open the report

Saving the report DO NOT ALTER THE WORKBOOK! DO A “SAVE AS” TO CREATE A COPY FOR YOURSELF TO WORK WITH. The report is updated every night. Once you have the report saved to your own file you can delete the other branches. This will allow you to sort the report and see only the info for your tanks. If you have used the report in the past you will notice we removed some of the unneeded columns. Column J will show you the tanks that are past due for testing and by how many days it is past due. Column L will show you how many days until the tank will be past due.

Testing All tanks must be tested a minimum of once every 18 months. Qualifying Tests: Hydrostatic test for poly and steel tanks Ultrasonic test for steel tanks only Field Test for steel and poly tanks that are on contract Field Tests: Field Test for empty steel tanks require a minimum of 6 wall thickness readings No Field Test accepted for empty poly tanks Completed Field Test form should be scanned to Branch Resources
