4. All those rights that a person can be able to have it in his/her life for getting its betterment and take advantage of them are called civil rights. Prepared and accomplished by: Bashir Ahmad Usofzay6 As that is clear to all that the civil tights teach to all of the afghan sons and the daughters in their Islamic schools but sequentially for the civil rights freedom after in 1925 th the constitution of the Afghanistan take care of it that some of them are:1 st : equality in rights2 nd : special rights 3 rd : saving someone’s personality and so on like these fortunately that in the year 1965 th the constitution of Afghanistan take care of some of the rights were known in Afghanistan constitution that they are:1 st : Submitting the responsibility to the nation 2 nd : respecting to the higher humanity position 3 rd : trafficking right & specially commuting and one of the other success of Afghanistan civil rights commission was that they discussed to create parliament and the parliament discussed to change the kingdom system to the presidential system and this was the point that the people who were keen to be president elect themselves for this election and the others were allowed to vote for the favorite of them thus we can say that it was another success of the Afghanistan civil rights because this pave the way for one of the other biggest right of the people of Afghanistan that occurred the voting system in the year 1977 th.

Prepared and accomplished by: Bashir Ahmad Usofzay7 Getting awake from longer wars cause the afghans to think about bringing peace in Afghanistan and the US shora hold a conference that both war affected and war pained people take part in it and this was hold in BUN and after finishing the conference both said promise that we would never try to fight with each other and as well as required their rights from the government of Afghanistan and after everything they signed an agreement license that was name (Tawafuqnama) the people required rights can be explained in these two articles of Afghanistan constitution: 6 th article of civil rights in constitution of Afghanistan : government people and government is obliged to save the humanity respect protect the human rights saving one’s freedom and giving them equal rights an making all the people equal in front of the law progression and social judgment. 7 th article of civil rights in constitution of Afghanistan : government in the point of the UN agreements between the government and the other international agreement that belongs to Afghanistan government it shows the obeying from the civil rights announcement.

Prepared and accomplished by: Bashir Ahmad Usofzay8 After finishing the BUN conference some of the afghans required for funding the Afghanistan civil rights independent commission that this was helping the people to complain about their seized rights and back obtain their seized rights and use it for their betterment of their life and for solving such problems the president of Afghanistan discussed to fund this commission and it was successfully funded in the year 2003 rd and this point as well as cared in the constitution of Afghanistan in 25 th article that says: 25hth article : if any body lost his/her rights they can complain this commission and this will help them to obtain it back and use it for having a good life.

Prepared and accomplished by: Bashir Ahmad Usofzay10 If we think to the past 32 years of wars we will easily know that there are some of the problems that solve but some of the them are still not solve thus some people can catch their rights and some can not and regarding the definition of the civil rights we can know that every body can have it in their live but there are some of the obstacles that not allow them to reach their rights and now the government have a big process for solving these problems some of them are: Banners, Comedy movies Commercials and announcement Through magazines Newspapers and so on like these that the government try for that and the rights that the people must have it in their live are: 1 st : living rights 2 nd; education rights 3 rd : freedom rights  4 th : working in government  5 th : being equal in tier rights
