If you have a question about cost of doctor’s bill or expensed for delivery, inquire the ward office. ・ medical expenses deduction ・ refund of high cost medical care ・ going to maternity center Lump-sum allowance for childbirth and nursing ＋￥ 420,000 Per child ・ Everyone who has health insurance can receive it. ・ even the case of miscarriage or dead birth, as long as you are pregnant for more than 85 days, you can receive ￥ 390,000. １ If you only have the health insurance of your company 1. If you are absent for more than 4 days because of morning sickness, early delivery or miscarriage, you can receive the accident and sickness benefits. 2.
