The ISA Mentor Program for Young Professionals and Students ISA's Mentor Program enables young professional ISA Members and Student Members to access the wisdom and expertise of seasoned ISA Members, while it offers veteran ISA professionals the chance to share their wisdom and make a difference in someone's career. A mentor can give a young professional guidance in his or her career or help a student determine if automation and control is the right path to follow. 14
