Required manual updates There are three manual updates that are required for the correct running of IQCare form builder forms These updates must be done after the update has been executed 1.Re-saving existing form builder forms in IQCare Management 2.Refreshing the system cache in IQCare Management 3.Refreshing the system cache in IQCare Web application 2

1) Resave existing form builder forms Issue: While saving custom forms (already existing), you may get the following server error: Reason for error: There was a problem with stored procedure (database procedure) from a prior version which has been fixed in this version. Resolution: To run the updated stored procedure you must unpublish- save and publish the each form again 3

4 1) Resave existing form builder forms *In IQCare Management/Manage Forms, select the form you want to update. *Unpublish the form; resave it; then publish it again.

2) Refreshing the System Cache in IQCare management Issue: In PM/SCM the inventory store select lists display old stores from earlier updates or other databases (if you are storing other IQCare database for reporting or testing) Reason for Error: IQCare is pulling all residual store names in memory Resolution: Go to IQCare Management and refresh the system cache 5

Refreshing the IQCare Management system cache 6 Go to IQCare Management/DB Operations Select “Refresh System Cache” When complete you’ll see the confirmation dialog

3) Refresh the IQCare web application cache Issue: Newly created custom forms (form builder forms) do not have admin rights to save the form. Remember as well, if you create a new form, you’ll need to go to the User Groups and add the new form into group’s rights. Refresh the cache once again. Reason for error: The web side of the application short term memory has not been updated. Resolution: Refresh the system cache; logout and re-log back in 7
