The Legislative Assembly STARTS WITH: aproval of New Constitution Government starts to write laws according to Enlightenment ideas Many groups unhappy: Nobility (lost privilages), Clergy (Civil constitution of The Clergy (lost all their lands and privilage) King and Family (worried for thier lives and tried to escape but failed Popular Groups sans culottes(thought the revolution didn’t do enough for them) other European Countries (their absolute Monarchs feared a similar revolution) France attacks Austria out of fear of being attacked themelves Louis VXI removed from power after protests in Paris by people fearing he wanted Austria to win the war and end The Revolution – France become a Republic ENDS WITH: Louix XVI’s removal from power
