Im Gegensatz zu rotierenden Verdrängerpumpen, Zahnradpumpen, Exzenterschneckenpumpen oder auch einer Kolbenpumpe ist mit einer Membranpumpe eine äußerst schonende Förderung möglich.
Die einzige Stelle mit schädigendem Verhalten sind die Ventile während des Schließens und ggf. auch des Öffnens.
Dabei handelt es sich um extrem kurze Zeitabläufe.
Der zeitraum möglicher Schädigungen beträgt nur etwa 1% der Gesamtzeit und ist damit extrem gering.
Der Life sience Industrie steht also mit der mechanisch angelenkten Membrandosierpumpe eine Technik zur Verfügung die in der Lage ist markspezifische Anforderungen wirtschaftlich zu erfüllen.

Now customers ask for frequency operating motor and Q max. 12l/h.
Solution 1: 2-pole motor 5-50 Hz, mounting on ecodos High motor power needed due to torque weakness for 2-pole motors but also at higher price.
Solution 2: 4-pole motor Hz , mounting on ecodos Now only half of motor power needed – BEST SOLUTION
