2 Barbershop Harmony Society Founding: First meeting: April 11, 1938 at the Roof Garden of the Tulsa Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Current Membership: over 25,000 men worldwide Mission: The Barbershop Harmony Society brings men together in harmony and fellowship to enrich lives through singing. Vision: To be the premier membership organization for men who love to sing.

3 Honorary Lifetime Members Honorary Members of the Barbershop Harmony Society Over the years the Society has been privileged to extend Honorary Memberships to famous and influential friends of the Barbershop Harmony Society. Some have been Barbershoppers. Some have been fans. Others have played a significant role in a cappella music. After receiving the Honorary Membership many have continued to spread the word about the Barbershop Style and the positive fellowship it brings.

6 Exhibit Space There are 20 (10’ x 10’) booths available Each booth package includes: One 6’ skirted table Two side chairs Rear & Side Drape Standard Booth ID Sign Program Listing One waste can Booths may also be combined to create a 10’ x 20’ or 10’ x 30’ booth (for an extra charge) Music City Center, across the street from the contest venue, and next to the Harmony Marketplace and Registration Area

7 Big Screen Advertising 30 second ads are available and will be projected on 2 big screens during all contest sessions, to be viewed by all in attendance. For commercial advertisers: Big Screen advertising is a GREAT way to promote: Your products, services and programs Your booth space Your establishment
