Pros & Cons Pros Great facility. Long established program, so there is a lot of buy in. I’ve been here a long time – have an established relationship with associates. Cons Shift to OPW and loss of associates. Culture of the state. I’ve been here a long time – have to be creative to get the same messages across to associates.
