The purpose of this presentation is to facilitate the development of SMART indicators that will: Ensure compliance; Influence behavioural change; Enable innovations on IPCs; & Provide a pool of information to work from On reporting & data flow, the Department has an approved District Health Management Information System (DHMIS) Policy of 2011 – as well as accompanying SOPs for all levels. Proposal for integration of IC Indicators

12. We need to develop a list of indicators that we will include in the next reporting cycle – i.e. 2016/2017 financial year. What do we do in the meantime… What you need to do...
