Have a healthy breakfast to start the day Be active, go outside and play with friends Plan up a nice healthy lunch to share Don’t be lazy and help around the house Make up a nice healthy dinner for you Drink plenty of water and on occasions have some fizzy drinks

You must have at least 2litres of water a day to be fully hydrated. It’s best to have 5 fruit and vegetables a day. You should have 2 portions of fish a week and one of them should be oily. Do plenty of exercise and be active.

Sweets are a delicious treat but mostly sugars and fat are in most of the sweets. Its ok to have sweets but you must eat wisely.
