Lifestyle factors o Identified habits that are proven to affect a person’s overall health, happiness, and longevity o Getting 8-10 hours of sleep each night o Eating a healthy breakfast o Eating a variety of nutritious foods each day o Being physically active for at least 20 minutes a day, 3 days or more a week o Maintaining a healthy weight o Avoiding tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs o Abstaining from sexual activity before marriage o Managing stress o Maintaining positive relationships o Practicing safe behaviors to prevent injuries
