Early Experience and Implications What has worked well (+ any good practice lessons), What has worked less well re: Engaging workplaces, managers, key contacts and employees Baseline Actions (policies, awareness raising, training, brief interventions, other) Unexpected outcomes (+ any problems/issues to resolve) Any surprises Early indications of achieving goals (in relation to project goals): Raising awareness of alcohol issues, challenging alcohol behaviour and attitudes to alcohol amongst workers, enhancing policies and changing workplace cultures Any proposed adaptations going forward In relation to content of pilot intervention, stakeholder engagement and involvement, baseline etc.
