25 GA TASKS Result of electricity control: Electricity consumption of each building dropped down, that caused the result: The total electricity consumption dropped down in average 18 ~ 20% from Jun. 2009 to Feb. 2010 even though Cathay has set up more and more offices from Jun’2009 such as Cantho office, 6FL of Sacombank (CS), Dongnai office, Binhthanh office, TranHungDao office.

26 ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) GA TASKS Attention: Starting with Mar’2010 several building’s electricity consumption raise from 15% to 26% to compare with last month. Reason: New electricity price applied by the government & due to hot season. P.S: Keep be aware of electricity control everyone should follow strictly the power consumption control.

Regulations on document/file management. 4. Hanoi new office rental contract and construction contract. 5. TWC office new arrangement. Cathay non-life insurance got permission for license will also stay in TWC. New office arrangement will be informed later after discussion with Cathay non-life.

36 Governing scope: this Decree regulates administrative breaches, forms and levels of penalty, measures for remedying consequences, and authority and procedures for imposing administrative penalties for breach of the Law on labour; NEW LEGAL DOCUMENT Decree No. 47/2010/ND-CP is promulgated by Government dated 06 May 2010

37 Some of these breaches which there is change of levels of penalty: - Breach of recruiting foreign employees without work permit issued by the competent authority of Vietnam is fined from 15.000.000 VND to 20.000.000 VND. Meanwhile, the previous is from 5.000.000 VND to 10.000.000 VND. This decree shall be applied on 25 June 2010 NEW LEGAL DOCUMENT Decree No. 47/2010/ND-CP is promulgated by Government dated 06 May 2010 (cont.)
