5 1.Enter into Purchase and Sale Agreement with City of Tacoma, Department of Public Utilities, Light Division, DBA Tacoma Power for the property located at 1300 Taylor Way in the amount of $2,930,000. Project No. E2760; and, Hylebos Property Acquisition and Habitat Substitution

7 2.Enter into an agreement with the City of Tacoma for substitution of a Habitat Restoration Project on a portion of the Port-owned property located a 1621 Marine View Drive for the project previously proposed for the Tacoma Power property located at 1300 Taylor Way Project No. E2147; and, Hylebos Property Acquisition and Habitat Substitution

9 3.Authorize Project Approval to complete design, bid and award a contract for work associated with the Habitat Restoration Project in an amount not to exceed $2,095,115. Project No. E2147. Hylebos Property Acquisition and Habitat Substitution

13 PORT OF TACOMA The 2008 Capital Improvement Program, Planned Category, Port-Wide Infrastructure, Commencement Bay IDD Program, allocates $2,100,000 for the Habitat Restoration Project. In 2002, the Port began investigating relocation feasibility. Costs associated with these efforts total $149,408. These amounts were covered under prior budgets.
