1. Gaylee Chilicky I live in Prescott Valley, Arizona with my husband, daughter and son.

2. Who I am? My Husband of 24 years of Marriage - David Family – this is very important to me. I have two older children Leslee (age 23) and Alex (age 21). Then there is Paige who is 9.

3. Goals: Some of my professional goals are: To teach at a local community college – education field. Be a specialist in a district on integrate technology into the classroom. Teach online course.

4. MATLT- The Master in Teaching and Learning with Technology has focused my desire to pursue more in life than a classroom teacher. I was very happy ending my career in the classroom, but now I can see there is more. I started this master with the hopes of just improving my classroom, but now I can see how there are many more staff that can use benefit. I also can see educating future teachers how to use the 21 st century strategies in the classroom.

5. Challenges: I am not very tech savvy. I avoided technology as much as I could. I used email but was not proficient on it. I just felt I did not have time to explore and learn.

6. Overcome I avoided technology until I started this Master program. So, I just took one step at a time in learning something new in every class. I have not blogged, used wiki (or heard of it), record my voice and many others. I would watch YouTube videos or use the help section or just trail and error. I also allowed myself extra time knowing that it was something new.

7. Sharpen Knowledge I felt that if I did not use or try the technology first then how can I use it in my classroom. Also, how could I write about it in the variety of assignment.
