OBJECTIVE 1 CORE VALUES ARE MUCH MORE THAN MINIMUM STANDARDS THEY REMIND US WHAT IT TAKES TO BE EFFECTIVE MINISTERS AND TO HAVE A TRUE BIBLICAL IMPACT UPON THE VARIOUS CULTURES WE ENCOUNTER THEY INSPIRE US TO DO OUR VERY BEST AT ALL TIMES

INTEGRITY INTEGRITY IS THE WILLINGNESS TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING IT IS OUR “MORAL COMPASS” INTEGRITY IS THE ABILITY TO HOLD TOGETHER AND REGULATE ALL OF THE ELEMENTS OF A PERSONALITY

INTEGRITY A PERSON OF INTEGRITY IS CAPABLE OF ACTING ON CONVICTION A PERSON OF INTEGRITY CAN CONTROL IMPULSES AND APPETITES

THEY TELL US THE PRICE OF ADMISSION TO BEING A DISCIPLE OF CHRIST THEY POINT TO WHAT IS UNIVERSAL AND UNCHANGING THEY HELP US TO GET A FIX ON OUR ETHICAL CLIMATE THEY SERVE AS BEACONS VECTORING US BACK TO THE PATH OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT ALLOWING US TO TRANSFORM A CLIMATE OF CORROSION INTO A CLIMATE OF ETHICAL COMMITMENT
