5 OBJECTIVE 1 CORE VALUES ARE MUCH MORE THAN MINIMUM STANDARDS THEY REMIND US WHAT IT TAKES TO BE EFFECTIVE MINISTERS AND TO HAVE A TRUE BIBLICAL IMPACT UPON THE VARIOUS CULTURES WE ENCOUNTER THEY INSPIRE US TO DO OUR VERY BEST AT ALL TIMES

6 INTEGRITY INTEGRITY IS THE WILLINGNESS TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING IT IS OUR “MORAL COMPASS” INTEGRITY IS THE ABILITY TO HOLD TOGETHER AND REGULATE ALL OF THE ELEMENTS OF A PERSONALITY

7 INTEGRITY A PERSON OF INTEGRITY IS CAPABLE OF ACTING ON CONVICTION A PERSON OF INTEGRITY CAN CONTROL IMPULSES AND APPETITES
