2009 Adoption of the EUSBSR First EU macro-regional strategy 15 Priority Areas and 4 Horizontal Actions 2013 Revision of the Action Plan of the Strategy Introduction the idea of the instrument Seed Money Facility Lobbing for CULTURE to be included within frameworks of the Strategy as new Priority Area (Culture became 17th Priority Area) 2015 Second revision of the Action Plan Priority Areas became Policy Areas Number of Policy Areas is limited from 17 to 13 PA Culture is strongly focused on cultural and creative sectores
