3 Land Use & Enforcement Inquiries 2 FY 14 Goal: 8,000. This output measure includes calls received and responded to, walk-in customers assisted and enforcement complaints logged.

4 Land Use & Enforcement Actions Taken 3 FY 14 Goal: 475. This outcome measure captures preliminary meetings held, land use reviews issued, zoning signoffs completed and enforcement cases closed within the fiscal year.

5 Percent of Land Use Decisions Made in 120 Days 4 FY 14 Goal: 90%. This efficiency measure tracks the goal to issue decisions so that they become final within 120 days of when they are made complete, notwithstanding that state law allows counties 150 days.

6 Transportation Planning 5 Capital Improvement Plan & Program Safe Routes to School Bike & Pedestrian Citizen Advisory Committee Regional Planning Development Review

7 Transportation – Number of Development Proposals Reviewed 6 FY 14 Goal: 120. This output measure shows the number of development proposals reviewed.

8 Percent of Proposals Approved with Transportation Evaluations and Findings 7 FY 14 Goal: 92%. This outcome measure captures the percent of proposals approved with Transportation related evaluations and/or findings.

9 Transportation – Average Review Time in Days 8 FY 14 Goal: 9. This efficiency measure shows the average number of days to review potential transportation impacts of development proposals/applications.

10 Code Compliance 9 Land Use & Right-of-Way Cases Solid Waste & Recycling Program Land Use Right-of-Way

11 Percent of Enforcement Cases Resolved Voluntarily 10 FY 14 Goal: 100%. This quality measure tracks the goal to achieve 100% voluntary compliance for complaints closed.
