9 Third Party Representatives for Non- English Speaking Consumers  Assisters can serve as interpreters  Consumer must authorize the assister as a third party representative in his/her own language  Call the call center to request an interpreter  give verbal authorization to the interpreter  interpreter will translate authorization to call center representative  once authorization is provided  authorization can last for up to 365 days
