7 7 Blueprint Accomplishments Fiscal Years 2010 – 2011 Implemented a robust new strategic marketing plan and expanded enrollment in The Citadel Graduate College by 8% Created The Citadel’s STEM Center of Excellence (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Expanded The Citadel Leadership Model: o new required leadership and ethics courses for all sophomores, juniors, and seniors o Created a new service learning requirement Completed major renovations to the Daniel Library and Capers Hall.
