Lets use our neighbours in Abu Dhabi as a guide to the importance of Height safety Arrangements?
50% of surgical submissions to the main hospitals in the Emirate state (2003 to 2005, 614 occupational injuries, ) related to falls and falling objects,
50%, 307 injuries, related to falls
Injured were Male Migrant workers aged between 22 and 44
Does this look and sound familiar?
Obviously we don’t have figures for Oman!
What can we do to reduce our RISK?
Get the basics right!
