Speaker: Dr. Richard J. Jackson, Chair, Environmental Health Sciences, UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Closing Plenary (Wednesday, August 17 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.): Senior appointed officials at all levels of government will share their thoughts on the role of government in an era of rapidly advancing technologies.
