3 Proprietary and Confidential 3 Currently the Desktop Client Wrapper (aka Minuet) is one of the key pieces of technology that has been open sourced to the Foundation. The Technology was originally built by GS (named Paragon) and was contributed to the Foundation Both Symphony and GS have contributed update to the current Symphony version The original contribution needs to be updated as it did not include derivative work Minuet should be differentiated from the Symphony desktop client application – the desktop client is an HTML application that is hosted within Minuet (or the Browser) Minuet uses a number of OSS projects and is based on CEF Minuet includes an API to extend and integrate external capabilities and content Client Extension API Client Embedding API https://developers.symphony.com Introduction

4 Proprietary and Confidential 4 “This working group will focus on the Desktop Wrapper technology and Symphony APIs to enable integration with the chosen technology(ies). A more detailed Charter will be defined as the working group is activated.” Help guide and governance the development of the wrapper and its APIs Understand roadmap from Symphony and GS as primary contributors Govern contributions as necessary Work with Symphony and other WG on defining enhancing the APIs, in particular aiming towards more consistency Explore the use of other wrapper technologies across the industry and potentially drive common standards for integration Charter
