2. Aileen Childhood…. Was born Aileen Carol Pitman on February 29th, 1956
She was abandoned at a very young age by her parents ( Teenage mother)
Her father was a convicted rapist (raped a 7 year old) and committed suicide in prison
She was raised by her maternal grandparents along with her brother

3. Childhood continues…..
She started to do drugs and engage in sexual activities before she was 11
Have sexual intercourse with neighborhood boys for money and drugs
She claimed to have been physically and sexually abused by her grandparents
She claimed that she had sexual intercourse with her brother on several occasions
She was pregnant at 14 and was forced to give the baby up for adoption

4. Homeless…..
In 1971 her grandmother died and both Aileen and her brother were wards of the state and she ran away at 15
She continued to prostitute herself and became a petty criminal…example drunk driving and disorderly conduct
In 1976 she married a well off elderly man for a brief period of time.
Aileen would assault and abuse her husband who was forced to file a restraining order and had their marriage dissolved

5. Aileen arrest record….
In 1981 she was arrested in Florida for armed robbery and served a little over a year
In 1984 was arrested for forgery
In 1985 she was suspected for involvement in the theft of weapons
In 1986 she was arrested in Miami for grand theft auto and possession of firearms
In 1981…..the killing began

6. Aileen Victims….(Johns)
Richard Mallory (51 white male) was her first victim. He was shot multiple times in the chest. Aileen claimed that she killed him for self-defense. Later Richard was found to have been convicted of rape in another state

Charles Carkaddon (40). Body was discovered in Pasco county
Troy Burress (50). Gun shots to the torso. His body was found in June 1990
Charles Humphreys. A retired Air Force Major, police chief and child abuse investigator. His body was found in Sept 1990 with gun shots to the head and torso
Peter Siems’ body was never found. Her palm print was found on the door handle of his abandoned car
Walter Antonio (62)…body was found in Nov He was shot 4 times in the back and the head

9. Why did she kill….? She claimed self- defense…but!
She solicited those men for money, robbed and shot them multiple times
Aileen was acknowledged by law enforcement and health officials as a trouble woman instead of a sociopath killer
The suggestion of physical abuse by her grandparents
The criminal mind of the biological father could have initiated her violent mood swings
She was a prostitute since a very young age

10. Aileen love affair….
Was involved in a homosexual partnership with “Tyria Moore”. Aileen claimed that she prostituted herself and did the killings to support them both. She later agreed to a taped conversation with Aileen, confessing to the murders in exchange for prosecutorial immunity.

Aileen….the 2nd woman executed since 1976 in Florida
Even from her 1st suicide attempt she never received adequate psychological counseling

She was called the ‘Highway Hooker’, ‘Damsel of Death’ and the ‘Monster’
After she was convicted of the 1st murder, she then pled guilty to the others and after a certain point started to recant and said that she was not a victim
“I killed those men, robbed them as cold as ice. And I’d do it again, too…there’s no chance in keeping me alive or anything because I would kill again”….she said
Her fame has a lot to do with both a movie entitled “Monster” and 2 high profile documentaries
