11. TRANSPORTATION Please choose only 1 method of transportation: I live within 2.8km, I will be walking. I will be taking pre-arranged transportation. I am a resident of Kingston and will receive a bus pass from the City of Kingston. I will need city bus tickets. I will be driving - I will require a parking pass.

WITHDRAWAL 1.Discuss your decision with your Guidance Counsellor and Dual Credit Teacher 2.If you decide to withdraw, be aware of the drop deadline (found on your dates page) 3.A “W” for withdrawal will appear on your SLC Transcript 4.An “F” for Fail can result if you do not discuss your drop with your Dual Credit Teacher or adhere to the drop deadline 5.Return course materials to the Dual Credit Office
