Encourage touch, taste, admire and listen! Provide healing therapy!

Sound Plants that draw in birds, butterflies and bees.
Ornamental grasses that blow in the wind. Birdhouses and Birdbaths are ways to incorporate art into your garden to bring inviting sounds.

Touch Soft, fuzzy foliage varies with whispy or rough foliage.
Vary texture of tree and shrub bark. Utilize smooth stone, rough glass, or various building materials.

Smell Use herbs to bring fragrance.
Honeysuckle, gardenia and fragrant flowers and shrubs.

Sight Vary height by climbing vines on trellises.
Vary heights of plant. Vary the colors of green. Vary the colors of flowers. Use sculputures to show varying change of sunlight throughout the day.

Taste Use edible fruits, herbs and spices to encourage visitors to taste!
