5. Good things about mobile access You have it. More mobile phones than PCs in the world. Mobile phone penetration is over 100% in some countries. Mobile phone will be an important part of ubiquitous computing because people have got used to it.

9. Requirements for good user experience Easy to use. Simple navigation structure. Advanced mobile phone or PDA is actually easier to use than PC. But… -There is very little of education. -There is no possibility to try out new devices in practice.
