ESTONIA: Harmonising national legislation with the ILO Maritime Labour Convention 2006 Tripartite consultations 2010-... Ministry of Social Affairs, Maritime Administration, Shipowners Association, EMSA, ELJL, ELML, other NGO-s EAKL and LBAS don’t have influence on social dialogue in transport sector. Ideally, cooperation with other unions is possible, but it is rather driven by the union capacity than the confederation. ESTONIA: Annual tripartite negotiations over road transport service general terms and conditions since 2007-2008 LATVIA: tripartite sub-committee of transport – formal institution, no activities
