Research Project Objectives Outline the future labor force and the skills needed by occupations and industries in the next 10 years (2016- 2025) in ASEAN/SEAMEO-member countries that will be crucial input for policymaking; Identify trends, issues, and drivers of change that will affect skills demand and human resources need in Southeast Asia; and Recommend strategies and policies on enhancing skills and employment in Southeast Asia.

3. Research Project Outputs A research report outlining the following: analysis of trends and issues affecting skills demand and human resources need in Southeast Asia; indicative forecast of future labor force and skills needed by occupations and industries from 2016-2025; and policy recommendations focusing on enhancing skills and employment in Southeast Asia and other related issues.
