Healthy Eating: I observe that I barely eat vegetables. Most of the time I’m eating grain products. For example for breakfast I had grain and dairy o vegetables the same also goes for lunch. The patterns for my eating habits were that I usually eat the same breakfast and other meals around the same time and my meals consist of the same food groups each time. They usually do not change. Active Living: I observe that I’m usually not very active. Although it shows I was active for 3 and a half ours that day this isn't the case all the time. That time was an exception because one of my friends was moving apartments and I was carrying boxes up and down the stairs but I usually don’t have a friend moving houses every day. I also noticed that I play Just Dance a couple of times a week at usually the same time. Around the 4:00 – 5:00 Pm time span.

Healthy Eating Looking at my observations I noticed that I don’t eat many vegetables so, if I eat more vegetables than I might feel more energized for the rest of the day. Active living Looking at my observations I noticed that I don’t get very much exercise so, If I start being more physical active for example instead of driving to school I could walk and wake up and do at least 30 jumping jacks then I will feel more happier and be able to be more focused in class.

Healthy Eating At week 2 I started eating more vegetables and it kept me more energized for the days for example after the 3 rd day I felt like I wanted to play and run around more and it helped me through out the day. Active Living After I started walking to and back from school it became a routine for me and it helped me emotionally because those are the times of peacefulness to me where I can just calmly think about things and it made more emotionally happy. Also I started doing 40 jumping jacks every morning and it helped me stay more awake and alive in class.

My recommendation would be eat the proper amount of food from each food group but also make sure to take you daily intake on Fruits and vegetables because based on my experiments I felt eating healthier gave made me feel better and more energized. I also recommend getting the proper amount of being physically active because it’s a great way to lose weight and relieve stress. For example for me walking to and home from school helped me calm down if I had a bad day and helped me relieve stress.
