5. Ordering Uniforms 1. Alternatively order form available on the website www.greenwichpandc.org.au or at the school office www.greenwichpandc.org.au 2. Nominate the items you want and enclose cash/ cheque or complete credit card authority 3. Return the order to the school office or fax if payment is by credit card. 4. The items will be delivered to your child within a few days

6. Kindy Order Forms  Basic pack vs Standard Pack  Additional items order form  Pre-ordered uniforms will be available for pick up at the kindy orientation morning – no waiting in line  Please return order form to office by 12 th October 2015 to assure readiness at orientation day.

7. Refund Policy  Refund or exchange is available if an NEW item has not been washed, worn or labelled  No time limit

10. Summer School Uniform Girls – Summer Dress or Dress Shorts and School Polo. Boys – Dress Shorts and School Polo. To be worn with black shoes and navy socks.

11. Sport Girls may choose to wear skort or shorts. To be worn with predominantly white runners and white socks.
