4 What to expect during the Preconference Assembly  Agenda items  Last year was available on Feb. 15. Will be somewhere around that time this year.  Background material  Remember all GSR, DCM, Area Committee Chairs, Officers and Past Delegates review the 2015 Final Report on your Agenda committee, Additional Committee Considerations and Floor Actions that did not result in Conference Advisory Items Linda W. - Alt. 14 Preconference Assembly  How the Districts should handle the Preconference Material and its distribution  DCM makes CD copy for each GSR in the District, explains what they need to do and answers any questions they may have once they review the agenda item that their group is assigned for two years. 17 Preconference Survey  Importance of the survey  Important questions raised in the past:  What did you learn about the Conference Process?  In what ways do you feel our Delegate is more informed as a result of this process?  Do you feel your voice, your group’s voice, and your District’s voice have been heard during this process? 19 Sally F, GSR Lynn Haven District 15 ▪Committee Chairs and Officers ▪Saturday morning will pass out to committee chairs and officers the pins, legal pad, 8 copies of the agenda item before the pre conference begin. If the chairs or officers have any questions we will do our best to help.

20 Preconference Survey  Make sure all chairs get a person to take notes.  Make sure Jim S. (Delegate), Committee Chair and Area Archive Chair gets a copy of minutes.  The person taking notes or chair at this Pre Conference committee meeting will read the minutes on Sunday morning - Input to Delegate  Any questions for any of the members of the Pre Conference Committee?
